Actions to save energy and address energy poverty with a focus on school facilities

     On Wednesday, June 7, 2017, as a part of the scheduled events organised by the Orthodox Academy of Crete’s Institute for Theology and Ecology (ITE) in honour of the World Environment Day, an educational evening was held on the theme: “Action initiatives to save energy and address energy poverty with a focus on school facilities”. Mr Manolis Miliarakis, the Director of Elementary Education for the prefecture of Chania and Ms Eleni Kavazidou, Head of Elementary Education Initiatives in Chania, as well as many teachers, were present at the event and expressed great interest in the energy issues presented by the speakers.
